Their is so much favouritism.

No Job Security They will not ask you resign, they put so much pressure on people they have to resign. Anytime they can change your department without your concern. There is so much of favouritism. If you can agree on their everyday syupid decision then only you can work here.

Every time feeling today is last working day. Tough to work.
