A very inclusive work environment , job security, good perks in terms of lavish conferences , comfortable work space , good leave , maternity policies.

LOREAL has become like working in a lobby. Few people in the top management are like ghee mafias wjo control everything . people with experience and authenticity are not appreciated anymore. MNC with absolutely no feel of a MNC. Felt like some goons are handling the leadership role. Severe attrition in the last 1 year across divisions and functions. Leadership team needs to buck up and open their eyes. Rather than ignore managers who are unethical and biased towards team members....Read More
