Everything. Creative minds equates creative designs. Best in design agency. Cool work culture, freedom of speech, sharing of ideas. Hierarchy doesnt matter, one can directly talk to the director here. Recreation, clubbing partying, pool tournament. even you are allowed to listen loud music. 8 hours job. 24 holidays a year. A week vacation every year to GOA unless the 24 leaves..
