It's previous line manager lack of skills and lack of empathy faced worst situations and shouting behavior been threatened not corporate culture and line manager needs area of improvement and unethical behavior request LSEG management to please take this seriously and first hire proper line manager should have empathy towards employee and respect individual and improve people management skills .
