I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good company HR department are trying to give best policies to attaract and retain talents. You also get a good opportunity to learn and work on the latest technologies.

Dislikes

Managers and senior management seems to have lost their path. They are now following the "Amazon way" for giving promotion & hikes to people which is really an overhead and it leads to dissatisfaction among the employees. But they should also remember that LogMeIn (now GoTo) is niether Amazon nor they give Amazon comparable compensations to their employees.
