The only moment I liked in loginext is when I resigned and other than this I liked few frnds that I made there.

List is infinite. CEO is like a school boy. HRs are like school principals. One of the line the CEO said in a weekly meet was 'I will deduct your salaries if you or your junior team members are not joining the meet on time'. So funny it was when I heard this from him. He will force all employees to write good reviews and promote and follow company in all the social media platforms. If any employee fails to do that, he will either take a very strict action like deducting the salary or leave of those employees and he took action against their managers as well. I am sure all the good reviews in ambition box or any job search sites or any other social media sites are definitely a forced one. The CEO abuses the employees irrespective of the seniority in front of everyone. One of the abusive video I found it on youtube too, where he used many bad words to one of the employee. When I resigned, I was threatened like anything that I would have to bear the consequences of resigning. We will make sure you are not easily released. You will have to pay the penalty of resigning so soon. These were the direct words from one of the HR. People were even asked to leave the organisation without giving even a minute of notice period. Just submit your laptop and leave. These happened with many employees till I was working there and it is still happening. One of the event that I remember now is, they made all the employees sit the whole night and send marketing emails and messages to many organisations from our personal linkedin profiles. Growth directly proportional to ownership of tasks, excellent communication skills & email etiquette. Even if you are not able to achieve your targets, if you are able to consistently showcase conversations & progress it is appreciated.

Dislikes

Little work life balance, not a place you can relax and take a chill. Not a place if you plan to study side by side or prepare for any exams. Weekends may be sacrificed. Work from home not appreciated. You need to be involved. Not a great place for introverts.
