Company have good team in terms of talent, Often time your are pushed to do more than your comfort zone. Salary is very competitive and other advantages are also provided for archiving organisation goals, it keeps a healthy competition among the teams.

Dislikes

Management some time cross the limit for archiving targets. Work load sometimes get distributed in a unorganised manner it became inconvineat for ground level employees. It's a startup you get to learn alot of new things being a part of the firm. You also get to be in multiple roles, it's more agile. Friendly environment, great colleagues. A lot of workations take place and fun events.

Dislikes

This has less to do with the organisation but don't mix work and personal life or share too much, you never know who will use your personal information against you.

Growth directly proportional to ownership of tasks, excellent communication skills & email etiquette. Even if you are not able to achieve your targets, if you are able to consistently showcase conversations & progress it is appreciated.

Dislikes

Little work life balance, not a place you can relax and take a chill. Not a place if you plan to study side by side or prepare for any exams. Weekends may be sacrificed. Work from home not appreciated. You need to be involved. Not a great place for introverts.
