Company have good team in terms of talent, Often time your are pushed to do more than your comfort zone. Salary is very competitive and other advantages are also provided for archiving organisation goals, it keeps a healthy competition among the teams.

Dislikes

Management some time cross the limit for archiving targets. Work load sometimes get distributed in a unorganised manner it became inconvineat for ground level employees. Some time upper management do micromanagment. Work Life Balance not present Over time work are not eligible for any compensation.

It's a startup you get to learn alot of new things being a part of the firm. You also get to be in multiple roles, it's more agile. Friendly environment, great colleagues. A lot of workations take place and fun events.

This has less to do with the organisation but don't mix work and personal life or share too much, you never know who will use your personal information against you.
