One word for this so called company ‘Politics’ never seen such unethical organisation. Top management is clueless what they are doing. Appraisals are pathetic. Department heads do whatever they want to. A big NO.

Pathetic and worst experience of my entire career! No transparency, no proper communication, a bunch of confused people. They give appraisals then after few months will take it back stating it was a mistake and you’ll have to pay back the entire sum. Department heads have no idea what’s going on, KRA changes every month. All they are interested is in politics. HR and finance dept is such a mess! They expect you to work odd hours, no work life balance. The senior management will surprise you with their politics skill! They over-hire then fire and then organise a meeting to discuss who all have work assigned and who all are sitting idle..what a joke!...Read More
