Everything is fine, The only thing that is unprofessional is they have no proper timings for salary dispersion.

Dislikes

As in third party payroll services they don't have good coordination with the company they are working on.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Owner of the organisation doesn't have regular interaction with his team, low rate of Increment in salary, No bonus as per bonus act, no leave policy for employees.Hectic
