Recently, I had undergone a surgery and I took around 2 months to recover from it. In this period also I have smoothly worked. The remote work option helped me to take rest and do work. It helped me to work without having to take leaves.

It was fruitful journey for me, I had to quit the lodha due to pandemic, what else i can ask or write about lodha

Organisation has to support during this pandemic but unfortunately they failed by themself.

Every month almost 6 to 7 employee resign from there job due to dirty politics of GM The Quality Lead, who is non-technical, lacks the ability to stand up for junior employees. It seems like the higher management plays favorites, with the phrase 'iski topi uske sar' coming to mind. The HR policy is also weak, failing to take actionagainst higher management. If a manager takes action against an employee for a small mistake, HR doesn't support the employee. Specifically, in the Pune region, the Quality Head and DGM are ineffective."...Read More

Salary and incentive structure is good. Company genuinely invests in improving it's employees as professional. Many trainings and programs for career growth.

Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. Lodha as a company is good, rather very good but only for people working in Mumbai heard a lot from friends and colleagues working in Mumbai. But Pune South & East Market is pathetic. No work life balance too much unnecessary partiality and opportunities are given only to people who are in good terms with the Market Head.

No work life balance , worst company politics observed till date in my 10 years real estate career.

5 days working Trainings are conducted for industry, finance and luxury related.

Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.
