I am glad that I got an opportunity to work here…The company has a good reputation in the construction business. Above all, the work environment over here is good and I feel comfortable to work here. Talking of the Seniors and management, they are all very co-operative and helpful.

Work culture is worst in the market. Mgmt only cares about collection and not employees. Appraisal given on tenuarity

No hike and promotion from last 2 yrs. Management care only about collection. No personal life. Asked to work on weekends. Have to work from office and then also WFH after reaching home. Bias management. HRs have no rights as all decisions are taken by management. No appreciation. Cafeteria is shit. Serve only veg food full of soda.

To my experience, I must say that the team I worked within were very much helpful and supportive. I never felt like I was new among them. They guided me with their knowledge and showed me right way to handle complex project stuffs.

After covid hit us, the company allowed us to work from our homes. Not just this, they use to enquire about our health and well-being. HRs and seniors were always there for us.

Lodha is great company for work, new techinc learning, new system learning, various challenge taking & solving they successfully. Update in realeste maket.

Dislikes

Lodha's target is very high & far difficult , achieve this target doing more hours work than normally working. Many time make changes in dision by higher management . This situation is very challenging for arranging material on time frame. & Avoid work delay.
