They are amongst the leaders in the real estate sector. Company has developed many popular and luxury commercial and residential projects. I joined this company for its name, I am honest to speak of it. Who don’t want to work here? I am lucky to have opportunity to work here.

Various avenues are available for learning while doing your work itself. There are experienced individuals who will guide you. Just need to follow on their footsteps and grab every opportunity to learn and upgrade yourself. No one can stop you!

Team spirit exists over here. There is proper co-ordination amongst the various entities. Work is streamlined with well-set processes in place. Working here is a smooth experience overall.

I liked way the company handle the pandemic situation by offering its employees an opportunity to work from home. Its employees -centric policies that it gave before the pandemic. I would appreciate the company for supporting its employees during their tough times.

I have recently joined this company and am working as a software engineer. They give us Amazing work which helps in exploring new technologies. Till now my experience with this company is satisfactory.

There is less opportunity of learning, developing new skills...and specially you join as a GET in procurement their is no work...(stress comes due to not working)

There is nothing to like working here except getting exposure with some big clients.

There is no corporate culture here. Unnecessary pressuring and long hours. 11pm is normal hour for them. No salary benefits, no promotion. Worst place for anyone.

LEFT 3 MONTHS AGO. THERE IS A LOT OF LEARNING ALSO THEY HAVE ADVANCED WORKING CULTURE. PROPER TRAINING SESSION THEY HAVE ALSO THEIR RNR, YEARLY OUTINGS ARE GOOD FOR FEW TEAMS THEY HAVE WORK LIFE BALANCE.

Hired for crm profile HOWEVER I WAS FELLING LIKE I M DOIN SALES JOB.TOO MUCH OF PRESSURE ON SALES WHICH IS NOT PART OF YOUR PROFILE. UNNECESSARY POST SHIFT HUDDLE. THEY HAVE LUXURY SEGMENT BUT SALARY IS NOT LUXURIOUS.YOUR PERFORMANCE CAN ONLY CALCULATE ON YOUR SO CALLED LOYALTY SALES AND FAVORITISM.

First of all the company stands as No 1. Company in real estate, even there is growth opportunity . Working with Lodha Group I feel safe regarding by Job Safety concern. The staff and the Managers are Supportive .Salary and Appraisal both are there. The Facilities which lodha Provides to the staff is very helpful in every individuals life. Overall I feel Lodha group is best place to work.

The staggered off options and the enthusiasm of the associates. The RnR, L.A.C.E., and Above & Beyond activities do a great job of keeping everyone motivated. Tip for those who want to stay for the long term: If you butter-up your manager, your job is safe.

Too much follow-up, with 4-5 Gmeet in a day. Micromanagement and toxic behaviour from senior management towards their reportees create a challenging work environment. I was asked to resign despite being on medical leave, even though I informed in advance. The reason? I wasn’t in the good books of my so-called manager. Tip: Be aware of the dirty office politics.

Aggressive company in terms of sales

Dislikes

No one is ready to take authority and wants to involve in decision making for employee welfare, Incentive Capping! Many People left because of capping as people are working here in already in less salaries(Compare to market standards ) main attraction was incentive which is also capped now So time has come 📈 No values for old employees!
