You can take unlimited breaks. You can have lunch break of an hour anytime. You can do anything till the time no one is noticing you. You have freedom here. Salary is quite good. If you are punctual, full salary will be credited.

They will not fire you if you are playing a very important role in their company. Other wise good luck. Poor management. Pathetic policies. Even if you are 10 mins late they will deduct your full day salary or maybe they don't deduct at all. It really depends upon i don't know what! There is nothing like half day here. Unsafe for female employees. Male employees here don't know how to be professional and talk to a girl. They will try to enter in your personal space and say inappropriate things.
