Culture, job security, learning, management, salary, reimbursement everything is zero if you are new just join learn and exit is the correct procedure they hire newbies easily for low salary and lay off then within 3 months if they didn't give you business. I was selected for the role of marketing executive. There were 2 rounds of interview other than the HR round. The people seemed really nice and even the interview sailed othrough pretty smoothly. Looking forward to see how it goes.
