Zero Ethics No Job security Compensation structure is pathetic No jr department to look for issues 70% employees left willingly within an year and those who are working is dying to get other job. Work till 9 pm is common and 1am twicw a week with no sunday shows how ur wrk life balance actually balances itself. Recently heard, company is not safe for women, women complaining about the teasing incident have to leave the organization, and this his how thwre ethics work.. Company is good for ??? Partiality in responsibilities and benefits are common practice.....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
