The management is concerned about company's growth along with individual growth. Salary on time, incentives on time, management is ready to get feedback from employees and see every employees as a part of family

nothing as such, being a start up, company is taking all effort to grow. It is a really good platform for youngster who wants to build their career in fintech and want to earn money. The company has a good scope of earning money in terms of incentives. Company provides both monthly and quarterly incentive, but one has to work hard.

There is no work life balance and management is so greedy they were forcibly ask that you have to do work continuesly for a month without any week off or leave. other wise we will terminate the employment. And one more thing that management was detected some amount of every employee salary without any reason.
