Management is very good, salary is timely, duty timing is right, facility is good.

Non technical staff on site is very bad. My opinion is that non technical staff should not be kept on site.

Very good work life balance. This company is better for Mid Age Employees rather than freshers. The timings are strict and there are very few occasions where one has to await.
