Immediate Boss and colleagues are great....Work Load is normal...

Dislikes

Increment is based on your HOD and not on your capabilities/ performance. Very old office infrastructure with stinking toilets and broken chairs/ fans. Average age of the Company employees is greater than 40 years. Lot of HODs are retired and are working on contract leading to poor increment/ promotion of the employees beneath them.Politics which you can't imagine. Rules/ policies changes as per the Director's mood and HR guys are only puppets here. If you are young, please avoid....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Very unprofessional company. It has only and only Politics. Work culture is very poor. Retired HOD's working on contract, will never let the juniors grow. if you are below 40's please avoid this company. No HR compliance. No System. Zero job security. Zero increment.

No growth. Politics at its peak. No scope of growth. HR is just to justify it's own salary can deduct your salaries every month without any reason.
