Fun at work, less work pressure, Approachable managers

During the pandemic, Company didn't allow us to carry Desktops to native and asked us to work from bangalore . Management asked us work from office at the beginning of the second wave of pandemic. Company was employee oriented earlier, right now it looks like management turns its ear to deaf for the employees opinion.

Some top-line and middle-line managers focus on enjoying the perks of the organization, while hindering the careers of some valuable employees. They expect people to be jack of all trades and master of none.

• Pay is below average (people staying here for years still don't get that kind of pay what that kind of experience the people bring to the company) •No work life balance (don't confuse it with work stress) • No flexibility at all. • Work is measured by the amount of time you been inside the office. • Less hierarchy which is in a way good, but gives more control to the higher management.

LKQ is an excellent place to build a career, especially if you are lucky enough to have a supportive manager, the higher level management is a price worthy, with leaders like velu who always greeted us warmly on the floor, LKQ learning and development program are outstanding and the company organises tournament and sports activitiesto keep employees engaged the family events are exceptionally well done. Regarding promotion i don’t know because I was there for one year. The work culture promotes strong relationships among colleagues and Lkq generally supports a healthy work life balance, allowing time for family, depends on your manager, if you end up someone like G Jose, it can be quite difficult to survive at LKQ. I worked as a associate where G Jose was my manger, working under him as a associate is very difficult due to lack of his trust in associates and his leadership causes lot of stress, he frequently directed TL to apply additional pressure on me. Jose even told me we can replace anyone within days if someone quits, if you want to quitdoors are always open. He creates an uneven and uncomfortable work place, despite my best effort to build a career at Lkq, I ultimately left after a year because of his leadership style, as his approach not only effects employees morale but also can contribute to potential health issues. While I moved on from LKQ, I would advise anyone considering a role in finance to ensure they know who their manager will be before joining....Read More

This is rules based company, they have many useless rules which their employees are suffering from that. Some example are Many issues with Cab facility and Outdated dress code. We feel like coming to school with this kind of dress codes.
