MID shoft HRSS team lead believes he knows everything and rest of us in the team dont know anything. He doesnt allow us to grow by showing right path instead he always tries to dominate, micro manages our movement and gets angry soon. Additionally, he is short tempered and no temployee friendly. He does not participate in any activities, yet he judges whether we do. He refuses to acknowledge his mistakes. Advice to management - Our team leader exhibits only dominance and anger.
