Likes

Too much politics in the company, top management is not very much clear about furute of company in India. Nice place for young professionals to learn as there is a lot of scope for improvement however work life balance doesn't exist in the company

Dislikes

Company is good for young professionals to learn however, I feel there Is a manpower crunch in the organisation which hampers work-life balance of employees, 12-14 hrs of working is common. Also after working so hard appreciation percentage is very low
