No personal life No management First they will give you nice schemes for incentive and then they will not pay, incase of they pay then they will give reasons and deduct from salary, forcefully asking to work beyond working hours, will ask to dial 300-400 calls, like tele callers

Unsatisfactory under the management of Manager Venkatesh Prasad G. I found his management style to be lacking logic and common sense . He tends to favour employee who engage in flattery rather those who give genuine outcomes. This has affected the company culture greatly and I am sure that in my future i will never work under him or in this company.

No Job security, No work satisfaction, Leaders are behaving literally like dominatinting on employee. Organisation Rules will be changed anytime.......Even u or sometimes your Team leader doesn't know. Be-Passionate about your work is good sentence in corporate but you will become like a Grinding and crushing on your tasks and everything. No Professionalism.

I really loved working at livspace the benefits the health insurance during covied it really held me but I never even thought that it could end up like this the customer support totally ended and without any intimation they moved to different pre-sales where the target is an unimaginable they expect us to do 350 calls in a day with60 to 70 connects which is highly impossible for the human oh also you have to give 15 mql which is on marketing qualified lead so after all we are humans I was not expecting this And nobody came forward to help me I really struggled a lot they could be a lot of positive when I joined and I really love working there but when I really need help There was nobody and no help so I had to leave and again start with the finding job journey if u want secure 🔐 job than this is big no...Read More

After getting an award for crossing 1.5 million stating that the company is in loss and shutdown some process just because they are not getting project not even thinking about employees is working under there not even paying for their losses and just moving them to any department a llnd not helping them when they really need it's really bad and I really just like that kind of behaviour
