Simply pathetic.. There is no care about the employees, you're reporting boss will be in safer side but not your's. Any how the salary and structure is good.

Working in Livguard is a different kind of fun as compared to other companies. There is enough time to work here. And if I get a chance again in the future. So I would also like to work.

The management is not good. The feeding should be proper. The path ahead should be completely clear.what should we do and what should we not do.
