I joined into SAP with reporting to current CIO who is there from last 14 years . He behaves like a illiterate person with no manners to talk with anyone . He would talk shit only and is good for nothing. More then 8 person had left the organisation just because of this one stupid fellow. Even HR knows why you are leaving but when you resign they will ask you to give them a mail so that they can improve organization but they won't do anything. Beleive me don't join IT Team if you have any self respect and try to avoid as you would have to report to a fool....Read More
