Exposure to other departments. Only good for GET and should leave within 2 years.

Dislikes

Everything.. Shouting and abusing is common there.. It is a LaLa company 1-2 person will take all decision for all departments. For Variable pay have to wait for 4-5 months and fight for it. You have to do all work like talk to operator, documentation in finance, call trailer driver, load the vehicle, go to security and collect parcels etc irrespective of your departments and position.
