The only thing that I liked here was the timing of the salary. It comes on time every month. Other than this, nothing is there to be liked.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic, nobody helps anybody. There is a lot of favouritism that goes in this company. Growth wise this company is pathetic. Their is no hierarchy here. If i have to point out what I disliked about this company , maybe I'll keep writing for hours but for now it is it.

1. Worst management have ever seen. 2. Its October end 2024, no appraisal clarification. 3. Zero work satisfaction, Zero process oriented culture. 70% of staff is Graduate Engineer Trainees (Fresher's). 4. Zero benefits to employees, even not have proper space for sitting in workplace. 5. No grades for salary & position Sr. Engineer is earning 9 LPA. Another Sr. Engineer is earning 4.5 LPA. 6. You can only get genuine hike after resignation during retention. 7. The one way communication from the Top Management is very challenging and a lack of trust in their employees professional experience, it feels difficult to get heared and valued. Here HR always put their efforts to change such practices but HR is also restless in this culture.

Politics, every time urgent work, can't take c-off against working on weekends. Working hard but due to politics no appraisal.
