I'm working for procurement now, aiming to boost my career growth in terms of financial and grades. I'm inclined towards project manager or business development (looking at few of the professionals having good aspects in the above mentioned). Should I change my domain to project management role or continue in procurement ? By changing the jobs, can we increase our salaries just like IT folks do ? As per my personal opinion my experience so far is pathetic and Terrible as ik finding utter difficult to adjust to this job profile as I have come from KYC and AML profile background. However salary and benefits is so good when it comes to PayPal. But for me job satisfaction is running below zero😭😭😭
