The company's founder and promotor are really gem personalities. They treat everyone with good respect irrespective of your designation/age or gender. Even most of the old employees at the Aligarh location are following the same culture, the situation is not the same at the Delhi office.

Hired the wrong person to head the Delhi office. You will hear a loud noise and abusive language coming out of the cabin. You can't talk to anyone otherwise it will be called a "Panchaayat". You can't wear clothes of your choice, you can't carry the bag of your choice you can't do anything if he does not like it. basically, you haveto become a puppet of him, if you want to save your job.
