Its a good company for freshers though no formal training is given. You've got to apply your brains and skills so that's good in a way. If you're lucky enough you'll get to handle the client yourself which will really develop your persona. Non - involvement of senior management is another plus point and there's no micromanagement

You have to continue doing same things if u excel in them for years, they promise you career growth but have failed so far, no inter department movement unless they require you in other client, extended working hours with no overtime pay, no on the job training for skills enhancement.

HR Team is very hard working they try their best to involve employees in the event organised by the LineData. Also they organised many events so that they can keep healthy work environment within the organisation.

Excellent work culture, although not so fair enough pay but, decent appraisal which fairly balances that out. Managers are generally helpful in everything(atleast mine were) no doubts are unresolved.

No proper training provided not best suited for freshers though one can survive by being more inquisitive and egar towards learning different things. Higher management not really good in a way managing teams, uncertainty in which team or for which client you will be working, employee turnover high and over hiring is a problem which leads to employee siting ideal for 3 to 4 months soon after joining in some cases....Read More

Let's begin with the culture first. It's as toxic as it can be. Then comes the department. QRMO department is the worst when it comes to work as these dipshits themselves don't know what they do and why they do it but they expect the employee to know it all even if he/she is a fresher. Worked here for sometime but couldn't gel with the team as it was really toxic. Don't credit you for the work you do but will degrade you if there's a small mistake.
