The company is open to innovations (kaizens) and adopts latest technology. I would like to share the fact that I have more opportunities to improve my carrier and my colleagues comes from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

I have to work for 10 - 12 hours straight in a day as I have a critical time on new style loading.. I have received appreciations for that successful output but I don't like to work that much of time..

Work Details

My job nature at Linea fashions is to follow the new styles which is newly loaded to the factory and simplifying the sewing method that should become a standardized method for sewing. I was fully engaged with the sewing operators to help them for sewing.
