Linde is a good company but leadership team in India has lots of politics . Diversity and equality is only on paper

Dislikes

Lots of politics . Work life balance is only in paper . You get lots of calls post work hours for people who work hard or are committed , others enjoy . Salary hike is very meagre . HR is hopeless . They have no clue on how hard we work

This company has formed after merger with Pi & Li at India in 2020. Hence both good and bad things from these two erstwhile competitors are carried foreword. LSAS has huge tested and proven technologies which act as differentiators. It can provide wide range of solutions to various industries. It has many strong pan India foothold,numerous manufacturing locations & tied us with major / big corporates. Plant Reliability is a major strength & spends a lot on mammoth distribution/logistics. Dislikes

Employees are overloaded & have to execute decision making instead of their managers; as company is hugely understaffed. Promotions & Increments are very low. Huge disagreements between cross functional teams as every team have their own KPI, its Sales & BD who faces burnout in converging the members towards meeting customer demands. Internal politics and favoritism is very frequent & cutting the ice is difficult. Although LSAS is a new company, but Li culture & Pi culture have not mixed properly, there are internal teams inside the company who talks bad about each other. If you have no ambition & want to live a stable life, Linde is one of the best companies to work for....Read More
