Saturdays and Sundays are weekly off. City being very small, commuting time is negligible. Flexible work timings. Taking a day off from office is never an issue. It is mandatory to consume all annual leaves. If Line Manager is supportive, employees can also avail WFH facility.

Ensuring compliances to poorly crafted processes consumes majority of work time. Poor Supplier Management. Poor communication with all stakeholders, Job satisfaction is poor. No encouragement within the organization. Tea/Coffee is available only 2 times a day (1 hr each in the morning and evening). Canteen services can only be availed by punching in & out at the attendance machine. Canteen only serves vegetarian food. Lunch break is strictly for 30 minutes only....Read More

No work life balance at all. You can be called anytime for any work. For small on site plants, you have to stay nearby the plant, and company will not even provide transportation . You cannot go home without managers permission. No concept of time. You have to be available always for the plant. Basically you dedicate yourself to linde.
