Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. No work life balance at all. You can be called anytime for any work. For small on site plants, you have to stay nearby the plant, and company will not even provide transportation . You cannot go home without managers permission. No concept of time. You have to be available always for the plant. Basically you dedicate yourself to linde.
