No co-operation , no job security

They have already set their mind that their old teacher is best.So they don't allow you to teach according to your methods. In other school may be you are best but here you will be considered as newcomer no matter how experienced you are. NO growth, no job satisfaction. May be for others it is the best place but for me the worst place. If you want to join this School first take appointment letter and discuss about your salary otherwise they will give you anything and tell you tata bye bye.
