If you want to join this School first take appointment letter and discuss about your salary otherwise they will give you anything and tell you tata bye bye. Don't join the school without appointment letter. They will tell you after one month we will give you appointment letter, don't be ready.

I LOVE THE CONSTANT SUPPORT AND HELP GIVEN TO ME DURING THIS PANDEMIC, SPECIALLY THE TECHNICAL UPGRDATION, WHICH IS KEEPING US AT PAR AND GRACEFULLY HELPING ME TO FACE ALL CHALLENGES BE IT PERSONAL OR AT PROFESSIONAL LEVEL.

...HAS ONLY HELPED ME EVOLVE AS AN INDIVIDUAL PERSONALLY AS WELL AS PROFESSIONALLY. ONLY THING DISHERATENING AND DEMOTIVATING IS THE 30% SALARY DEDUCTION AFTER PUTTING IN SO MUCH OF EFFORT DAY IN AND OUT.

Colleagues come from various backgrounds and are very talented. Students are very very talented and mentoring them is a great opportunity and gives work satisfaction.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high with no appreciation of work done. Managers / HOD's HM does not value new suggestions, Disrespectful attitude, commercial, Unnoticed efforts, no system of goal setting and self-appraisal, no on-job training, Seniors have upper- hand and chance no opportunity to grow. Very negative environment.

Extremely professional atmosphere with strict supervision. The institution is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. You need to keep on upgrading yourself.

Dislikes

There is high work pressure. Absolute perfection is expected from each emplyee.
