Almost everything, no equal treatment to employees of the team, too much difference in hikes of employees, team management is very bad, managers blame employees for their bad performance, work flexibility, micro management everytime.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. You can enjoy work life balance & dig into work for whatever type of work you want. I'd worked for this company for last 5 years, but due to major changes in leadership after acquisition of NYX, it started getting worse. The good people have left company in last 2 years.

Dislikes

After two years you'll be pro at your work in iGaming and will be repeating the cycle. No much learning compared to other domains. Since the games are also repeatative n designed for 40s people, they just want various issues and bugs to be supported. No much features are incorporated. Company is now expanding just either by taking over other companies OR by reaching out to newer markets.
