Compensation is descent, but growth is very slow. The work pressureis very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend walking client and calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. concept manager, store manager, business managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, whichis why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. As their are lot of team members in team their is high politics, and everyone have dual reporting if I gave one example concept manager need to report to business manager and territory concept manager as well so something it would be difficult to manage both the boss
