Compensation is descent, but growth is very slow. The work pressureis very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend walking client and calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. concept manager, store manager, business managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, whichis why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
