There is a lot of politics and hardly any Satisfaction to the employees. Unsafe for Females Management doesn’t addresses the issues. Salry not so appealing, all the leaves were exhausted. HR does she know about their duties when it comes to supporting the Female employee. Females working late till night but no safety measures being taken.

Work Details

Barely learnt anything, people in the organisation hardly know how to treat a well educated student coming out of their comfort zone and starting their first job at the ground level. Promises were not delivered after joining.

The brand owner have a great vision which I really admire and the type of collaboration they do is really great.

Dislikes

To achieve the vision like-minded people are required to really go for progress which is lacking in this company. Also, the respect is deserved by the good and exceptional workers which is not even available here at the company.
