There is a lot of scope for an individual in terms of growth (especially if you're in the creative field). You might get to meet some really like-minded people with whom you can form great interpersonal relationships as well. Work-life Balance is good.

The salary is a huge headache. They credit the salary 1 month late and during Covid Pandemic, they have been deducting a huge chunk of our original salaries and haven't restored it till date. There's no job security as such and senior management can be bit difficult at times.
