i would say that if your fresher in pharmacy field then this company is the only option, coz no company will hire you unless you are a arabic speaker. coming to work culture and management i would say that company will give priority to the customer only i personally don't like this.

there is no increments even after working 3 years in the company hence you need to work for same salary as long as you work in the company and company will hire the new employees with high salary
