I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Working at LIC is good as the organisation is mighty and huge . Work life balance at LIC is good with good office environment.

There’s no job security in your probation. You can get terminated if you don’t achieve your targets . After confirmation you still have to perform well but chance of termination post confirmation is basically low still there’s no security if you don’t perform decently .
