There is nothing to like as such. We enter an MNC, keeping in mind our overall growth, but don't ever consider liebherr as a GERMAN MNC because you'll be disappointed. Management is so bad that so many talented people left who came in here considering the german MNC tag and continue to do so. There is no growth in technical as well as monetary terms. you will be stuck in here and that'll be very harmful to your career. Basically HR controls literally everything even the technical terms which they don't have any idea about.
