That our Boss is like family and he takes the employees as his family . There is a great chance of growth in Liboc Davamart as it depends on your capabilities and not on your effort to impress the boss ! There is great zeal in the organisation to grow ahead and become one of the greatest companies to work for in terms of ethics and integrity!

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
