Unrealistic exceptions from business Entire IT team is less than 1 year okd as all existing people left, so jo one knows why anything is coded in a given way as no documentation It governance team started gate reviews and to showcase that a person reviewd the code , they will make sure to find any issue in your code, if not possible then from Infra sode or anything which will delay the project and business will blame you as in front of business its PM responsibility Work start time is 9 AM but log off goes till 10 PM till servers goes down For everything lengthy approval process taking 2 to 3 days including having server up for 10 more minutes No ownership taken by leaders in case of failure/ delay even if delay happened becauae of thwir decision....Read More
