It's a rare find to have a boss as cool and approachable as ours. The flexible working hours are a great fit, and it's refreshing to know that performance is recognized and rewarded. Nothing much but if I had to pinpoint a downside, it would be the occasional need to stay an extra hour. While it's an investment in the long run, transportation can become an issue for some.

Very bad company culture. Mainly the hr is very rude they don't know the professionalism. First of all i have completed the 2 round of interview with machine test round i cleared the machine test and manager also tel me your test is fine you clear the test and then the hr telling me you are rejected we have not interested to proceedwith you.
