BNI speaks about the ethics but actually they don't have any. Very unprofessional way of behaviour with employees. I would never recommend this organisation to any of my friends.

Great place to work, learn,explore and discuss the idiology. Great collaboration and work culture. Flexible timings.

Dislikes

Not much complaints for BNI India but will be expecting cab facilities for better and safe commute. Should have appropriate structure for the BNI policies and workflow

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
