Any report we have to make, given at last moment & expected to be completed flawlessly For which Staff have to do Over time which reduced time to spend with Family Staff also expected to give it there all but have strict budget which causes any required material to purchase in improving the Line for KPI achievement hard.

For third party employee, company never give opportunity to get absorbed in Company. There is always a separate consideration for offroll and onroll staff, no opportunity for offroll staff to learn and pe a part of of on-roll staff. There should be a opportunity for in ofroll staff to prove themselves in the basis of their yearly performance instead there will be the best hike which will be given to particular staff which is pratice carried forward from many years instead of rating on basis of their performances.
