There is always a separate consideration for offroll and onroll staff, no opportunity for offroll staff to learn and pe a part of of on-roll staff. There should be a opportunity for in ofroll staff to prove themselves in the basis of their yearly performance instead there will be the best hike which will be given to particular staff which is pratice carried forward from many years instead of rating on basis of their performances. Which is totally disappointing.
