LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd is a good company and there are good environment.

I am working here for third party payroll for last 7 year but there are very few chance to go on LG payroll so I want to change.

Work Details

I am working in Account Payable and Receivable department and handling work like payment to vendor control 60+ AP, mainten 30+ Dr. Balance, Banking, Employee Billing,DSc Scrap Billing, FA, vendor confirmation. AR confirmation etc.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

You will get much more salary but no job satisfaction, trimandus work pressor. Working atmosphere is very bad. Big management game running in office. Only The LG Products is good except Mobile. Everyone taking 1-2 experience and change the office. No proper support from management level. About LG Policy is very horrible. Employee and customers are not happy with LG policy.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
